I've heard that if you mix and eat a certain way you can clean your internal regions. Who knows how to do this?

It is a product called bentonite MetaCleanse combination with flaxseed and psyllium Husk what they call colon cleansing colon. Its website contains information and explanations http://metacleanse.com/ index.html
Never heard of this combo is exactly what they have no evidence to suggest that there may be a particularly good colon cleansing.
Your product will cost $ 22.95 plus postage and handling. It makes me a little suspicious, because the 3 components are ridiculously expensive when purchased separately will be. For that much money to buy enough for 6 months. It is a laxative and psyllium is probably a lot of gas.
