Why? Here are some reasons
1. Each member of the boat has a tragic past and Boa past was very sad because I cried when he said Luffy
2. is strong
3. hates the working group
4. Luffy loves = you join the crew

Boa Hat Boa Hancock Being The Next Straw Hat Crew Member?

I see it as plausible. Remember that not only samurai, or one of the seven major pirates some translations (so called), but will probably die soon. It is apparently incapable of love, because it causes disease and death, after she and her crew. Thus, not only to another computer that would not die even when joining the crew of the straw hat. Moreover, even if he could her death shortly thereafter.
They have good reasons, and Robin wanted to die, not to mention the strength of all the straw hats have. However, my impression is that if Boa Hancock is a straw hat, she is in love with Luffy to admire, but probably falls like a brother to another.
